IEEE将推出14种全新开放存取期刊

电气和电子工程师协会(IEEE)宣布将推出14种全新的黄金完全开放存取期刊，涵盖广泛的技术，包括电信、计算机、生物医学工程、汽车技术、信号处理、工业应用、电力和能源等。新的期刊将于2019年秋季开始接受投稿，并于2020年初发表首批文章。作为一个非营利性组织，IEEE也是电气工程及相关领域的全球领导者，根据期刊影响因子，电气和电子工程领域的24大期刊中有23种由IEEE出版。
