克里斯托弗•希伯特（Christopher Hibbert，1924—2008），英国历史学家、传记作家，被《新政治家》杂志誉为“传记作家中的一颗珍珠”，也被《泰晤士报教育增刊》称为“或许是世上最有才华的大众历史学家”。他的很多著作都广受好评，包括：《拉格伦男爵的毁灭》 （该书在1962年荣获海涅曼文学奖）、《伦敦城史》、《法国大革命》、《加里波第和他的敌人》、《罗马：一座城市的兴衰史》、《伊丽莎白一世：童贞女王传》等。希伯特是英国皇家文学学会的成员，也是莱斯特大学的荣誉文学博士。
